We understand the importance of family and we want to support you as you start or expand your own. BMI Healthcare offers up to 52 weeks maternity and adoption leave – paid in full for the first 13 weeks. For paternity leave, we offer two weeks at full pay.

Private Medical Insurance

Every eligible employee can join the BMI Healthcare Pension Scheme as soon as they join. Employer contributions start at 4.5% and increase to as much as 10% as you progress within the organisation.

Enhanced Annual Leave

A healthy work-life balance is essential. So, all our employees start out with 25 days holiday – compared to the statutory 20 – as well as all bank holidays.

We also think it’s important to reward long service, so we’ll add an extra day for every two years you’re with us, to a maximum of 30 days after 10 years of service.
