The programme is designed to give you insight into what you can expect in your first 180 days.
You will be allocated an experienced Preceptor to coach and support you during your first steps of delivering safe patient care as a registered practitioner.
The programme is designed to meet the needs of nurses just like you and is recognised by the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC). The programme offers innovative development opportunities and will set you up for a successful career at BMI Healthcare.
Develop your clinical skills through work placements at a BMI Hospital and via distance learning modules.
Classroom and distance learning modules delivered by our Clinical Education Team will help you grow your underpinning knowledge.
Similar to the placements you undertook in your training, we will support you in developing your skills for use in specialist wards, where you can continue your development and professional growth.
