We have an opportunity for a National Lead - Cancer Services to join our team of staff.

This is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week. Role will be based at Head Office – London

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Registered Nurse qualified or dual qualified (ODP)
  • Current NMC/HCPC Registration.
  • Knowledge of the relevant CQC regulations
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Duties of this role include:

  • To lead on the development of strategy, quality objectives delivery, practice and learning for theatre and recovery services across the Circle Health Group (CHG). Supporting the work force plan development and delivery.
  • Act as an inspirational leader for Theatre & recovery teams and speak with authority as a leading SME
  • Deliver/design training and learning in relation to theatre and recovery services
  • Ensure safeguarding and vulnerable adults' framework in place in theatre and recovery services
  • Build a reputable and recognisable service that is commercially successful with support from business teams
