Step 1: Application

To apply for a role you are required to submit an online application form via the BMI Healthcare careers website. Applications should include your contact details, a CV, and supporting documentation where required. Once submitted, you will get and email confirmation detailing your application.

Step 2: Contact

A member of the BMI Healthcare recruitment team will contact you no later than one week* after the closing date of the role you applied for to advise you on the outcome of your application.

Step 3: Interview & assessments

If you are shortlisted for interview, a member of our team will contact you to arrange relevant online and local assessments, interviews and support you with your requirements.

Additional requirements for some roles include presentations, panel interview and online assessments.

Step 4: Outcome/offer

The outcome of your interview will usually be confirmed within 24 hours of your interview.

If successful, we will make a verbal offer and you will be sent a formal offer and contract agreement with your agreed start date.

If unsuccessful, detailed feedback on your interview and assessments will be provided by the hiring manager.

Step 5: Onboarding

Successful candidates will be sent a link to your online onboarding pack and a start date will be formalised.

Once you have completed the requirements in the onboarding portal, you may need to provide your line manager with certain documents, such as DBS, Right to Work and relevant membership status for verification.
